SPEN‑1K(X4) is a high‑flow positive‑displacement single‑liquid screw dispensing valve. Rotor and stator mesh together to form continuous sealed metering chambers. The 100W DC servo motor drives rotor rotation to extrude adhesive particles for stable volumetric output. Equipped with high‑performance coupling structure, it prevents rotor jamming even under high‑speed rotation up to 12000 r/min. The rotor is SUS304 with titanium coating after precision grinding, delivering superior surface finish and wear resistance. The stator core is FFKM, die‑cast together with SUS304 stator housing to guarantee precise rotor‑stator fit.
