AB Glue Servo Push Dispenser

  • Model: TZ3P-400 / TZ3P-500
  • Drive: Servo motor + ball screw
  • Mix Ratio: 1:1 / 2:1 / 4:1 / 5:1 / 10:1
  • Working Area: 400 × 400 × 100 / 500 × 500 × 100 mm
  • Positioning Accuracy: ±0.02 mm
  • Dispensing Valve: SMC needle valve
  • The TZ3P series is a fully automatic two-component AB glue servo dispensing machine. It uses positive-displacement metering to extrude adhesive from the cartridge at a stable pressure and a uniform, adjustable speed. A servo motor and reducer drive precision ball screws and linear guides to ensure accurate dispensing, while closed-loop pressure and stroke monitoring during extrusion prevent over-pressure burst-out. A real-time remaining-glue display reminds operators to replace material, and the built-in refrigeration unit — controlled by an imported temperature controller — cools the mixed adhesive down to -10 °C, extending its usable pot life.

Key Features

  • Dispenses dots, lines, surfaces, arcs, circles and free-form curves with continuous interpolation
  • Supports point, line, surface, arc, circle and free-form curve interpolation plus 4-axis linkage motion
  • Powerful teaching functions: array expansion, graphical preview, rotation, 3D ellipse, common graphics library insertion and group editing
  • Large program memory — stores up to 999 dispensing process files
  • Programmable glue volume, coating speed, dispensing time and stop time
  • Dedicated anti-drip needle valve for stable output, clean cut-off and no leakage
  • Automatic anti-curing function prevents glue solidification and needle clogging
  • Imports mainstream design files such as Jingdiao, AutoCAD and CorelDraw formats: NC, AI, DXF, JPG, BMP and scanned images
  • Patented servo-motor extrusion technology eliminates the influence of ambient air pressure on glue output, delivering faster, more stable flow and uniform bead width without tapering

Compatible Materials

Designed for 50 ml cartridge-packed two-component adhesives with mix ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 5:1 and 10:1. Suitable for AB glue, epoxy, acrylic and other dual-part fluids used in precision electronics assembly.

Typical Applications

  • PCB component fixation and protection
  • Mobile phone and notebook shell bonding
  • Keyboard dispensing
  • LCD glass substrate dispensing
  • LED dispensing
  • Optical lens dispensing
  • Chip bonding and other precision dual-component adhesive applications

Why Choose the TZ3P Series

The TZ3P series combines volumetric servo extrusion with a precision 3-axis platform to give you stable, accurate AB glue dispensing without relying on shop air pressure. Closed-loop pressure monitoring, real-time glue-level feedback and active cooling extend pot life and reduce waste, while the large program memory and CAD import capability make it easy to switch between products. Whether you are bonding mobile phone shells, potting LED modules or underfilling chips, the TZ3P delivers consistent beads and clean cut-off shift after shift.
